This junmai ginjo-shu is made from 100% "Kitashizuku," Hokkaido's preferred rice for sake brewing. Since it is freshly pressed in spring, the label depicts cherry blossoms 🌸. It is a delicious sake with a full flavor of rice and ginjo aroma, but with a soft aftertaste.
