I bought hairy crabs in Okhotsk. Since I was there, I drank sake from Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture, which I had bought when I was there on a trip. Sake is the best sake for hairy crabs. It has a slightly colored and smoky aroma. The first impression is that it looks thick, but it is smooth. It is said to be made from a type of rice called Hachitan-nishiki. There are so many kinds of rice!
