Banquet at home.
The third bottle was a special junmai unfiltered raw sake from Shikishima.
I had been curious about it since the brewery's revival.
I was finally able to have it this time.
The aroma in the mouth is like that of wooden vats.
It is a beautiful sake with a strong, robust flavor.
