Ryohei
I'm into the Abe series.
This time, I was really looking forward to this sake made by young brewers other than the brewmaster.
Since it was a sparkling sake, I had a hard time opening the bottle again.
Since it is a crown, it was difficult to open it gradually, and a little bit leaked out.
Anyway, it tasted very good and was like a champagne.
The sweetness that is typical of the Abe series is well matched with the sparkling acidity, and I was impressed by the high level of the brewery staff.
It tasted like something between Calpis soda and Mitsuya cider, and was very easy to drink.
I love both the Abe series and the Star series, so I will continue to buy a lot of sake from Abe Shuzo!
Thanks for the treat.
