Today we went to FUKU NO TORI Iidabashi branch.
First up was today's service sake, Mine-no-Hakubai Honjozo. Mine-no-Hakubai is a standard sake at this restaurant, but it's cheap to begin with, so how much does this service sake cost? ......
It is a dry and light sake, as is typical of honjozo. It has a hint of alcohol, but not too much, and the aroma is subtle, easy to drink, and delicious.
