Attended the Yamasan-kai hosted by Beki-san at Boya Tetsu for the sake of SAKE (for SAKE).
It was interesting to see Mr. Ogiwara, the president of the brewery, who joined the party as a member of the general public.
Thanks to the host who served more than 30 kinds of free-flowing sake. I wonder if Yamae Nishiki will be produced in Yaehara. It's a place with good growing conditions and may become a leading area for sake rice produced in the prefecture. It is also delicious!
