Second trip to Fukuoka!
After all, I enjoy Fukuoka's local sake 🍶.
I have the impression that there are many sweet sake in Fukuoka, but this is a slightly dry sake with a similar taste to Hakata Jiman!
The ginjo aroma is mild and refreshing!
I paired it with sashimi, but it can be served with anything.
