This is the first brand of Genzai that my parents gave me for my birthday. Suehiro Sake Brewery has the image of a big store in the local area. I remember my brother telling me a few years ago that they started making Genzai in the old-fashioned way, which is different from the mass-production route.
The sweet aroma of rice. It has sweetness, sourness, and richness like plum wine.
