On the way home from Saku, I dropped by Okazaki-san, Okubo-san and Miyajima-san and bought milk agar at Tsuruya.
When I got home, I remembered that I had some Saku sake in the fridge, so I opened a bottle.
It was supposed to be a new sake from the end of last year, but I brought it to you in August?
As a result, it was hiya oroshi, or "hiya oroshi". The taste is soft but has body and is very drinkable 😄.
