Winter months, the third ministry of distribution️. June is Sougetsu🌃 It's already July, but w Junmai Ginjo nigori sake with second fermentation in the bottle using Okayama Hakuto yeast and 100% Okayama grown Akebono rice. It's nigori, but it looks cool and lightly nigori. It's refreshing and perfect for the hot season, with a nice balance of sourness and sweetness that makes it easy to drink 🎵. It's written to go with fried crab claws... Σ( ̄□ ̄;)! I have cream croquettes with crab claws in the freezer ❗ I'll try it before I finish it 🎵!
