It is a stable and solid Junmaishu.
The sake is dry with a slight gentle umami flavor that comes through. Wakayama has a lot of plum and fruit wines, but I think this sake and Kido are excellent and represent Wakayama very well. This is just my personal taste, so please forgive me. Finally, on the ingredients label in the photo, there is the name of the master brewer, which is a testament to his high sense of responsibility and confidence in his work.
