The second bottle opened during the Bon vacation, Tobiroki Junmai Daiginjo🍶I didn't have a chance to drink it so I let it sit in my fridge at home (it was laid out...)😅
It is well-balanced from the first sip to the aftertaste, with no unpleasant sharpness.
It has a moderate sweetness on the palate, followed by a not-too-strong umami flavor. There is no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes, and the umami of the rice lingers in the aftertaste.
I was able to make my family say "Delicious from the first sip! 😄I was impressed that the sake is as perfect as ever✨.
