The aroma is fresh, and when you drink it, it has a gorgeous yet gentle mouthfeel. But is it because of the 16% alcohol content? It is not too sweet, but it has a fluffy, sweet taste.
Of course, there is no unpleasant alcohol smell peculiar to alcoholic beverages, and although it is not overly sweet, it leaves a fluffy sweetness in the back of the mouth.
When paired with sashimi, the bitterness is a little more noticeable. If anything, it went well with yakitori (grilled chicken) with a strong flavor.
It is a quintessential Jinya flavor.
