On the way back from Nishimaizuru, we went to Kinoshita Sake Brewery in Kumihama
I bought a few bottles of liquor that are not sold at my local liquor store. My wife has limited space in the fridge, so they look hip and strong. I'm looking forward to a hot drink when it gets cold.
Today, we had a cup of sake with boiled manganji.
It goes well with the vegetables we usually eat, and it's a sake for everyday use.
