The bottle was opened after being stored in the refrigerator at home for about a year.
It has a slight twinge, and in that sense, it must have matured...
I took the liberty of heating it up to lukewarm. It was a bit fruity and turned into a heated sake that I had never experienced before^ ^ ^ I drank it over 4 days.
I drank it over the course of 4 days, but it changes little by little.
Now I don't have any Koei Kiku stock, but I will stop aging it next time.
We can't keep it ice cold at home ( ;) ).
