It has an umami taste in the mouth. It has a firm rice flavor with a lingering lactic acid-like acidity. I like this sake very much. It was a bottle, but I drank it in no time. It was delicious.

Hayashi is a very tasty sake. I had never seen it near my house, but I happened to be able to buy it where I went out. I would like to try other sake rice as well.
