おうどんパン
Sakura nigori from Sanzen Sakura!
I got it because it was recommended by the jackets and the store owner!
It's already summer, but let's enjoy Sakura, shall we?
The label on the bottle tells you to be careful when opening the bottle, and when I bought it, they even gave me a leaflet on how to open the bottle, so I was very nervous....
But after a few times, the bottle opened rather easily!
Compared to the Sake Mother of Sacred Sake, the difficulty level was much lower, which made me feel a bit discouraged.
The taste... this is good!
The sweetness is like a candy (I wonder if it's understandable...) and the acidity is not as much as it is said to be, and the carbonation makes it drinkable and refreshing.
The aftertaste is a light residual sweetness, with almost no bitterness, and I think this is a sake that will stick with sake beginners!
If you ask me if it has a cherry flavor... the sweetness may have a cherry taste...? But if you take a closer look at it, it's Aizan... so it's sweet...
Overall, it's a delicious sake, a little expensive, but I think it's worth it!
