I know someone whose grandfather used to ship Omachi rice to Tamanomitsu. This brewery, along with Toshimori Shuzo, was instrumental in the resurgence of Omachi rice.
This organic Omachi rice is made by Tamanomitsu, so it has a lot of power.
It is dry, with a strong aroma and flavor of rice, and the green label fits well.
It is clean and dry, but it also has a sticky feel.
