Appearance Sound, slightly low to medium viscosity, almost colorless
Aroma: Sound, rice malt, alcohol, a little yogurt? Grainy, alcoholic notes, low intensity.

What do you think it will go with? It looks great with strong dishes (like tare or hearty meat). Warmed-up sake is also good.
