The top aroma was sweet, milky, and reminiscent of vanilla ice cream and calpis. The aroma itself is not that strong.
In the mouth, a modest and elegant sweetness spreads first, and then the soft umami of rice, which seems to come from the muddiness, is gradually felt. It is like a thin sweet sake or calpis. The flavors are subdued, but they are pear and lychee.
The combination of lightness and muddy umami is interesting.
