The other day when I went back to my parents' house for a long time, I stopped by a liquor store I was interested in and to my surprise, I found Tamitsu ❗️
My parents live in Hiroshima, but instead of buying Hiroshima sake, I brought this one home from one of the several Takamitsu's that were available, with my mom's choice of jackets😊Hatsu Takamitsu❗️
Clear and light. Beautiful acidity, certainly like apple juice in the mid to late part of the bottle. Slight bitterness. It's delicious even at a low alcohol level. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink from start to finish. It is delicious!
Maybe it's the malic acidity that pulls it together?
Tamitsu, let's try the other ones next time 😊.
