At the Shichiken brewery in Hokuto City, my wife and son were recommended this sake by their sister, who is an expert in recommending sake, and as a result they decided on this one.
The aroma of rice rises softly, giving it the image of a rice sake.
When you put it in your mouth, the umami of the rice comes in and when you swallow it, it disappears, leaving only the umami.
I was impressed by the use of good rice and water.
