A friend gave me this bottle as a gift.
The bottle was opened with a sizzling sound of gas escaping.
The aroma was like muscat and pear.
When I drank it, I felt a pear-like fruity taste at first, followed by the umami of rice.
We paired it with pork shabu-shabu, which we received from Kagoshima in connection with Kyushu, and both the sake and the food went down smoothly.
Nabeshima is delicious, and as everyone says, the special junmai is especially delicious.
