Shinshu Kamerei's Kinmon-Nishiki Hi-ire
I don't know what the difference is between a limited edition of a brewery...
The aroma is fruity and very gorgeous.
The aroma is relatively high in acidity, like strawberries or berries.
The Kinmon-nishiki Kinmon-nishiki Shinshu Kamerei that I drank before is quite different from the Kinmon-nishiki Shinshu Kamerei, because it has a stronger sense of rice.
The taste is also outstandingly sweet and sour for a Shinshu Kamerei, to the point of being sweet and sour!
The overall taste is lighter and more fruity than the usual Shinshu Kamerei, though the clean and clear sweet-sour flavor is still there.
This is also delicious!
This one is more to my liking.
In addition, the sense of balance, which is a characteristic of Shinshu Kamerei, is well maintained, and it is not too floral and does not make you tired of drinking.
It is simply a very delicious sake!
