jkrabi
A representative sake of Hokkaido. Purchased on a business trip to Hokkaido. When I returned home, I drank it with my father. My father drinks Akagisan hot throughout the year. We bought a boxed bottle for a reasonable price, but it tasted a bit bland, perhaps because it was a honjozo sake.
While drinking, I listened to my father talk about his work in the vineyard. He told me that this year he worked hard growing green beans and tomatoes. I have come to realize that vegetables taste good, too.
