This is the drink I had yesterday at noon. Since I was going out to Shizuoka in the afternoon that day, I chose something light. It was a variant of Banjo Kotobuki that I bought about six months ago. It is not second fermentation in the bottle, but carbonated. The alcohol content is quite low at 7%. The aroma is somewhat myrin-like, but you can't really taste it. It is carbonated, so it is very shwashy. It tastes lighter than I expected. Almost like soda water. It's like a carbonated beverage that you can drink with a gulp, but I wished it had a little more of a sake taste.
