I didn't know that Toyo Bijin was so easy to drink...!
My friend gave me this sake as a gift.
I had a feeling that Toyo Bijin had a strong koji aroma and was not easy to drink!
It has an elegant orikara and umami, a nice sweet aroma, and it's smooth with a tangy and sour aftertaste that leaves a sweet aftertaste and a lasting "delicious ❤" feeling 😆👍.
But when I tasted it carefully, the koji aroma was still there!
Delicious.
The 14th of every month is a special day for me personally, and I have it with a left horse flat sake cup. May it bring you good things... ✨
My friend, whom I haven't seen in 8 years (he is older than me), was a dandy of an old man! The night before last, I took him around Matsuyama and had him drink "Ishizuchi", "Kofuji" and other Ehime sake, while I brought him a gift from me: a sake made with Sakurahime yeast from the Shuto Sake Brewery.

Pon-chan, drinking sake with someone is fun, isn't it? I drank this sake as a souvenir thinking, "I hope they enjoyed Ehime.
Today is a holiday. I will drink the remaining Toyo Bijin.
