This is the first of two bottles of Daishichi's new sake I received last month.
Both are honjozo, which I don't often buy myself.
Hmm? It smells a little savory.
The aroma is not very fresh.
The umami is strong and sweet? But the aftertaste is spicy.
It also has a refreshing, honjozo-like aftertaste.
It goes well with firefly squid!
But the aroma is a little disappointing.
