This is a new brewery of Kamikawa Shuzo, Hekiun brewery in Tokachi. The recent evolution of sake in Hokkaido is amazing. This one is made with sake rice from Tokachi.
Tokachi, which is full of delicious food, now has a delicious local sake.
It has a mellow aroma with a high alcohol content, but is sweet and soft on the palate. It has a lingering aftertaste there, so it's not a bad match for food. This is a sake to drink slowly.
