Kochi Sake
Kameizumi CEL-24
This is a sake from Kochi. This may be the first sake from Kochi. I have not had a chance to drink it because sake from western Japan is not available in Ibaraki. I bought it unexpectedly because it was sold at a liquor store where I went to buy Nozomu.
It seems that the sake level varies depending on the tank, and the one I bought was -17. It is quite sweet, and CEL-24 is a yeast developed by Kochi.
The aroma is quite gorgeous and is directly connected to the taste. It has a slight sourness that keeps it refreshing without being bland. While Hanamup is sweet like honey, it has a sweetness like that of a pineapple. This is delicious! It's not easy to buy, but I'll be a repeat customer.
