Tokushima-zukushi unfiltered sake
Fruity aroma
Astringency and acidity are strong and sour at first, but later there is a lingering aftertaste of umami.
It is well-balanced, but not in a dexterous way. It seems that each of the various elements such as aroma, umami, sweetness, astringency, and acidity have been developed.
I wonder if it is characterized by the genre-independent Miyoshikiku style.
