This summer sake is made with a yeast that produces a lot of malic acid, so it has a refreshing apple-like flavor with a hint of sweetness from the acidity. It is a hi-seasoned version of the colorful one we had before, and the rice may be different.
At the previous Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival, I drank the exact same two brands, so I guess the recommendation is the same...
