The last of the Flight series trilogy.
Unfiltered, unpasteurized, 55% polished rice.
Even though it is an unpasteurized sake, it is still 15% alcohol!
Compared to the Beyond X, the sweetness of this sake is lower due to the difference in the rice polishing ratio and the rice, but it seems to be more popular with everyone.
It is very refreshing and perfect to drink with a meal in autumn.
I drank it with chicken hot pot and it went very well!
This is a brand that makes me want to try the other series again!
