The sake rice is "Shiratama", which I've never heard of before! It seems to be the rice that became the root of Yamadaho and Omachi. It is made with a traditional yeast mash and has a complex taste. I wonder if it is refreshing! The throat is dry and crisp, and it is delicious. If anything, it's more on the dry side.
