While looking at the refrigerator of a liquor store, I found a label that did not look like sake. I looked at the back and saw that it was Okuharima. And it was low alcohol, so I bought it. I am not sure about the naming.
It has a crisp and tight impression, as is typical of sake from Hyogo.
The acidity, spiciness, and bitterness are well combined, making it a well-balanced dry sake. The alcohol content is 13%, so it goes down your throat smoothly. It is not for beginners, but it is good for a light evening drink.
