Sake Expo 2025 SAKE EXPO⑭
Last but not least, Shojo, it's been a super long time since I've been to Shojo.
I think it's been since we tasted it at Harukas in 2019 or so.
According to Nemuchi's advance information, all of them are aged for one year this time!
I drank
Zendoiki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Clean and a little fruity, with a sense of ripeness.
Myodo-ki Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu
It has just the right amount of sweetness, but also has a strong umami flavor.
Gogo Onigami Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
It felt lighter on the palate, but not as sweet as the first two.
Koukaku Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Forgot to take a picture💦.
I bought and drank this in the past. I reviewed it as nutty back then, but this time it seemed pretty sweet and tasty.
I think I drank some of the later demons too 🤔.
I couldn't talk to the brewer because there were people there all the time talking 😅
There are many more breweries I haven't tried but that's it for this time!
