The color is yellow and cloudy. It is not clean. The smell is a little fermented like natto (fermented soybeans). I have not smelled it before. It is not that strong.
When you drink it, it comes in quickly. It has a little bit of Natto flavor and is quite sharp. It has quite a bitter taste. There is also a sour taste and a little sweet taste. Hmmm. Personally, I think it is close to the taste of natto (fermented soybeans).
