Is it something that has been talked about recently? It is the first time to drink Miya Kanbai.
I thought it was a common sweet and savory type from the elegant ginjo aroma, but the impression changes from the middle part of the bottle with the thick sweetness and bitterness. There is no doubt that it has a modern taste, but I thought it was a rare type with a thick body.
It is not suitable as a food sake because it is a complete sake on its own. It's just very unique and I'd like to try the others.
