The aroma is fresh, yet unique in some respects. It is a sake with a flavor that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I like nama-genshu because it is easy to understand the originality of sake.
The brewery is located in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture, so it would be great with salted salmon. I am really wondering if I should click on the salted salmon (lol).
