The next autumn sake opened was "Yuki no Bijin" hiyaoroshi, brewed with "Aizan" for the malted rice and "Akita Sake Komachi" for the premium rice. The rich sweetness, perhaps because of Aizan, is like that of a Japanese pear. The mouthfeel is soft and silky, with a mellow aftertaste. It has a good sense of maturity, while a slight acidity is pleasant and light. ❣️ What a delicious taste 💕💕 I've already certified it as a gentle chestnut 🌰 sake👍. It was delicious 😆✨ Third, I stopped by Noodle No Yoji, which recently opened near the nearest station. The hail accented the salt ramen was soooo good 😊.
