Nabeshima特別純米酒 吉川産山田錦
たろけん
Since we purchased a sake warmer, heated sake has been booming in our house, so we opened this bottle today.
The last bottle of Shinshu Kamerei that we opened last time was the last today, so we compared them as they are the same Junmai sake.
We compared them by heating them up, and Nabeshima seemed to have a stronger pungency when heated up, probably due to its higher sake content. I think Nabeshima has a more traditional sake-like taste, although there is a difference between Hitogokochi and Yamada-Nishiki rice.
Both are delicious sakes, and I found them to be excellent as food sake that does not interfere with meals.
