Tonight we had Korean food at the request of my family, and I wondered if it would be difficult to make sake. I thought it would be a good match, but I decided to give it a try and tried Kamonishiki, which seemed to go well with it! Well, this time it was Gohyakumangoku junodai, and how could it not be delicious? It is a stable Kamonishiki, but it is a little light and dry. It is a rather light and dry wine as a pairing. It is a new discovery.
