It is a beautiful pink color, 8 degrees alcohol by volume, and mildly sweet. I bought it as an aperitif for a drinking party on a holiday afternoon. According to the description on the brewery's website, the color is produced from white rice only by the natural power of chromogenic yeast. It is fun to see more and more low-alcohol sakes being produced by breweries in various regions 😃.
