けにょ
The first Shinshu Kamearei of the year was a Hitogochi Junmai Ginjo. I managed to snag the last bottle at the store on my way home from work, and was glad to be offered a bottle. It has a minerally effervescence and a sweet melon ginjo aroma with a perfect balance of clean flavor and bitterness. Shinshu Kameari is good both as a fire-hardened and raw sake. Next month, they will be adding my favorite Shinshu Kamearei sake, Yamameganishiki, so I hope I can find it (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
