I opened a bottle that had been stored in the refrigerator for almost 2 years.
When I opened the bottle, I could still hear the sound of the bottle being opened.
It is a sake with a temperature of 16 degrees Celsius.
Although it has been laid down for quite a while, I felt the potential of Jikin with its excellent balance.
