Today's brewery is Kitayasu Brewery.
I had previously received a bottle of Kitayasu Okuni with the Uchide no Kozuchi label, which was deliciously sweet and fruity.
I have been waiting for a chance to get it again.
This time it is Iyari, a limited series brewed with Yamahai.
When the bottle is opened, it has a soft fruity aroma.
When you take a sip, the aroma is subdued and the soft fruity taste and milky flavor gently spreads on the palate. It has a moderate acidity and bitterness, and the taste is clean and refreshing.
It is better not to cool it down too much to enjoy its soft taste.
The balance of Yamahai fruity flavor is good.
Ah, it is delicious after all.
