The impression is that it is sharp, dry, clean, and firm! I had a fresh impression. It had been a while since I had had a very solid dry sake, and I felt fresh after drinking it for a while. I paired it with shishamo (Japanese shishamo smelt), which was a nice match, and with dote-ni (stewed radish) on the second day, which was too spicy, but it went well with the additional boiled daikon radish.
