Cold, clear, acidic, crisp and refreshing, but with an aftertaste of alcohol.
Somewhat sleepy feeling.
It was warmed up.
It was still a sake suitable for heating up.
The umami of the rice is plump, the acidity is subtle in the aftertaste, and the alcohol feeling disappears.
It was a very good heated sake!

Boiled squid juice? I had some leftover offal juice, so I dressed it with kiritanpo and cheese with something that was torched in a fish oven.
It goes so well!
