Today I will have Miyakanbai. The aroma is sour and delicious. The texture is smooth and smooth on the palate. It has a smooth texture with a sharp acidity and a sweet flavor. It is sweet and sour like honey plum. ☺️ The sake rice is called Gin-no-Iroha, which is Miyagi's best rice for sake brewing. I've been thinking about drinking soba for a few days now, so I'm going to pair it with soba and it's delicious 😊.
