Junmai Ginjo Mild Nigori Nama Sake
When you are about to buy a bottle of sake, you may have some doubts about what to do if it is not the right one, but if it is from a well-known brewery, there is no problem and you can throw it in the basket without thinking about it.
Printed directly on the bottle, rather than on the label, are some very cute marine creatures. It seems to be based on the image of an aquarium, but there are no whales in an aquarium, right? It's fine, though.
The flavor and aroma spread softly and then disappear as if melting, reminding one of light snow, and its quiet appearance gives the impression of wabi-sabi.
The calmness of the flavor is indescribably appealing, as if it were suited for a mealtime drink, but it is also enjoyable on its own in order to confront its fading aftertaste.
It is a drink to be enjoyed on a long, snowy night, and to be sipped alone, thinking how delicious it is. It is a drink that is suitable for such enjoyment.
